    I gave the book back because the person reading it was making a lot of noise, slurping and swallowing, which was distracting from the story being told. However, the actual content of the book was really good.

    This audiobook tells a captivating tale about an American legend who had a significant impact on the trajectory of America. However, there are moments in the performance where it becomes a bit slow due to the use of archaic English phrases and numerous tangents that make the story confusing.

    I picked up this book after finishing two other biographies by Walter Isaacson: Jobs and Einstein. Both were incredible, and this one definitely lives up to that standard. I had an absolute blast listening to this audiobook - it offers a great blend of historical facts, insights into Benjamin Franklin's personal life and character, and valuable life lessons we can glean from his experiences. Considering the length of this audiobook, just like the other biographies, it's astonishing how captivating they are. I usually listen to audiobooks during my commute, and I found myself secretly hoping for a longer drive so I could indulge in a bit more of the story. I highly recommend this audiobook.
