Summary
The year is 1978. The Duncan brothers and their tough-as-nails women have vanquished their rivals and taken their place as the leaders of Waycross, Georgia's criminal enterprises. Man, this storyline was off the chain! The narrators were straight fire. I absolutely adored how each character had their own distinct voice. It really brought the whole thing to life.
I was genuinely impressed by these prequels! They brought an incredible depth to the story, despite many of us being familiar with the TV series and previous books. The first part was a real treat, and now I'm equally enjoying the second part.
