  • I absolutely love 'Montana Sky' by Nora Roberts. It has become my all-time favorite book by her, and I think a big part of that is thanks to the amazing narrator. I can't recommend it enough!
  • When I'm on those lengthy road trips, I often turn to Nora Roberts for some delightful and entertaining audiobooks. However, "Montana Sky" took an unexpected turn with the introduction of a murderer who cruelly targets both animals and people, using a knife to inflict pain on them. The author goes into disturbing detail about the bloodshed and the suffering endured by these innocent beings, all while emphasizing the murderer's sick satisfaction. Unfortunately, I couldn't bring myself to finish this book, as one of the characters met a gruesome fate that pushed me over the edge. Needless to say, I'm utterly shocked and profoundly let down by what this book had to offer.
  • This is one of Nora Roberts' most captivating suspense novels. It takes place in a contemporary western setting, although it was published in 1996, so it may not reflect the latest technological advancements. The narration by Erika Leigh is truly exceptional. She brings a fresh perspective to the storytelling and succeeds in giving each character a distinct and believable voice. My only gripe with this book is the excessive amount of graphic violence, including cruelty towards animals. If the violent scenes and animal cruelty had been toned down, I would have easily given this book a perfect rating of 5 stars.
