I absolutely enjoyed this story, as it had a tremendous amount of potential. However, I feel like it lost its momentum towards the end and failed to deliver the same level of excitement as some of the author's other novels.

The inclusion of explicit content, saved until the end, made this story incredibly dull. The narrator's annoying American accent only added to the negative experience. Despite any effort put into the performance, the writing itself was beyond salvageable. From the unrealistic dialogue to the prolonged suffering of the main characters as they finally realize their love, it was a letdown until the very end.

Very entertaining and enjoyable, the narrator is very good. I immediately see the charactors as soon as the book starts. It's hard to put down.

I absolutely loved this book, my 1st time reading/listening to Eloisa James, the characters popped right away for me, & the main lady is a spitfire, I like it when women are outside the norm! & the narrator is great @ defining each different personality! Over all good job!!!
