    This book was really good...I gotta admit, I was still a bit annoyed by the previous book so it took me a minute to get into this one but it was awesome! Cary Hite is the greatest of all time.

    I'm a bit behind on the Carter's Series, but this book has stood the test of time! It's still a thrilling story that's definitely worth diving into, especially if you've read the first two books.

    OMG, this series is seriously amazing! I'm kicking myself for not discovering it earlier, haha. I'm absolutely obsessed with it, and the author is incredibly talented. Now, let's dive into the review, shall we? - Breeze and Zyir came so close to their happily ever after...almost. (Inserts a dramatic sigh and wipes away a single tear). - Mecca actually showed true remorse for his past actions. But, unfortunately, it was too little, too late! When I first started reading this book, I wanted Mecca out of the picture, but as he changed, I couldn't help but feel empathy for him and root for his redemption. - Ugh, Iliana was the worst! Carter should have just let Zyir finish her off. I couldn't stand her from the moment she was introduced as a character connected to Zyir. - Murder: I really wish Carter had taken care of him before they left... I understand his reasons for sparing Murder because of Miamor, and I do like Murder, but I don't like him enough to let Carter or Zyir suffer for Mecca's actions. Now, it's time to dive into book #4! Even though I'm a bit late to the series, I believe it's better late than never. And let me tell you, I'm enjoying it like it was just released yesterday, haha!
