  • The audiobook's narration is top-notch. The narrator's voice complements Rand's writing style perfectly. Speaking of the content, it's genuinely impressive. However, having listened to Atlas Shrugged first, The Fountainhead felt somewhat lacking in originality and predictability. If you're new to Rand's works, I highly suggest starting with Atlas Shrugged (narrated by the same person).
  • It took me some time to really get into this book. The writing style of Ms. Rand is quite dense and may not be for everyone. However, the philosophy presented in the book remains just as relevant to me now as it did when I was younger, and I appreciated revisiting it. The story itself feels a bit outdated, considering it was written in the mid-1950s and set in the 1920s and 1930s. On a positive note, the narrator did an excellent job bringing the story to life. Overall, I gave this book a rating of 4 stars. However, I believe that in order to truly enjoy it, one must have an appreciation for "objectivism" or its similar ideology, such as "libertarianism". If you don't share this mindset, it's unlikely that you'll be able to make it through the entire audiobook.
  • Some books are just a must-read because of their significance. After delving into Atlas Shrugged, I had great hopes for The Fountainhead. Let me tell you, it surpassed all of my expectations by a long shot. The wordplay in this book is absolutely brilliant, the characters are truly exceptional, and the way the story unfolds is downright captivating. And let's not forget about the fantastic narration that ties it all together.
