  • I was hooked on this book right from the start. The characters are incredibly well-developed, making it impossible for me to choose a favorite because they're all fantastic. Kudos to the author for delving into the unspoken fear I have about becoming too comfortable and how it could escalate until our lives come crashing down. Please continue writing because you have an immense amount of talent!
  • What an incredible tale! So intense, had me on the edge of my seat! This book really gets your mind working! It also encourages you to open your eyes to similar experiences. Absolutely adore this book!
  • "The Hush" can be described as a book that leans towards liberal ideologies, which might not resonate with conservative readers. If you align with conservative beliefs, this particular book may not be your cup of tea. However, if you have enjoyed the author's previous works, it's worth noting that this one might not be as satisfying.
  • This book had me completely captivated...I was on the edge of my chair the whole time. In today's world, I can easily envision this scenario playing out. It's truly frightening to consider how often we blindly accept things without a second thought.
  • The story in 'The Hush' came across as a bit exaggerated and far-fetched. It's as if someone really rubbed the author the wrong way. The author appears to have some unresolved anger problems. It felt like the book took various popular ideologies from the media and turned them into a conspiracy, which made it reminiscent of watching cable news. It left a rather uncomfortable and unpleasant feeling, except for the moments when I couldn't help but roll my eyes. The writing itself wasn't too terrible, as long as you can overlook the excessive moralizing.
  • I've been eagerly anticipating something different from the constant feminist messages and criticism of the government in 'The Hush' until part 3. Unfortunately, nothing changed. It seems like all authors have become obsessed with woke culture lately. Do they honestly believe that's what readers want outside of news and social media? When I pick up a book, I want to unwind, not be bombarded with the same rants I hear in everyday life. Maybe I'll go back to reading some timeless classics or thrilling mysteries from the 80s. Activism just isn't my thing. If it's not yours either, I recommend avoiding this book and author.
  • This audiobook really didn't do it for me. It left me craving something different, anything really. I ended up quitting it and definitely won't be giving it another listen. It just didn't align with my interests.
