  • I really wanted Jeffry and Sky to end up together, but all in all, it was a gorgeously written masterpiece that was enjoyable and absolutely brilliant. Plus, it's like a piece of art!
  • I thought the Penderwicks couldn't possibly improve, but boy was I mistaken. It exceeded all my expectations and left me feeling absolutely enamored! The Penderwicks in Spring is truly the best book ever. ❤️🥰
  • I absolutely adored The Penderwicks in Spring; it was absolutely amazing. It managed to perfectly capture a wide range of emotions, including happiness, sadness, and fear. It was an overall fantastic read that I wholeheartedly enjoyed! 😛😛
  • The narration in this audiobook is absolutely fantastic. I was hooked from the beginning and ended up listening to the entire series. The story itself was truly enjoyable, and now I find myself at a loss for what to listen to next, simply because this book was that good.
  • My kids and I are huge fans of the Penderwicks series, but we felt let down by this particular book. There was an excessive amount of attention given to Batty, and she went through far too many heartbreaking experiences. We were hoping for more emphasis on Rosalind, but unfortunately, she had a smaller role in the story.
  • This book is a fantastic addition to the series! The narrator does an amazing job of bringing the characters to life! It's a definite must-read! I'm bummed that I've finished the series, but I'm definitely going to start it all over again. I highly suggest both the book and the entire series.
  • I adored this series and eagerly anticipated this new installment. The previous three books made me yearn for updates on the Penderwicks, as if they were old pals. However, this particular story heavily focused on Batty and felt far more intense. It left me wanting more of the delightful chaos that the entire Penderwick clan, including Aunt Claire and important new characters like Jeffery's father, brings. Perhaps it would have been more fitting to title it "Batty Penderwick and Friends in Spring." The Aunt Claire I had come to know would never have missed all of their birthdays, especially with new cousins in tow. Additionally, it seemed odd that not all of them, or at least more of them, attended Jeffery's graduation. Unfortunately, I found this one a bit tedious. As always, Susan Denaker's narration was excellent! Many thanks.
  • The narrator of this audiobook was really great, I thoroughly enjoyed their performance. The plot of the story is both heartbreaking and heartwarming, it's a rollercoaster of emotions. Lydia's humor adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience. This is definitely a book that can be enjoyed by the entire family, so I highly suggest giving it a listen.
