I'm really happy that I made the decision to begin from the very start. It's a truly fantastic tale to kick off the Sackett legacy. I've gone through other Sackett books before, but now I'll get to experience them in chronological order with this one.
This is the second installment in the Sacketts series by the author, and I couldn't be happier that I stumbled upon his works. This writer really knows how to spin a captivating tale, and I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to immerse myself in this story. Hooray!

I've been a fan of Louis L'Amour's tales for a while, but this one really hit me hard. I was completely caught off guard when I found myself shedding tears at the end. I won't give away any details, but I strongly recommend reading it yourself to experience it firsthand.
This audiobook was awesome. It had some really interesting and diverse perspectives portrayed through inner thoughts and conversations. The conclusion was thought-provoking, although it was a bit unusual. Can't wait to start Book 3 now!
