    I was hoping for a concise and actionable guide on achieving goals and making real progress, in "Do the Work". With a runtime of just 1 hour and 25 minutes, I anticipated a condensed summary of key ideas and strategies. Unfortunately, this audiobook fell short in delivering in-depth advice and specific tactics. The overall message was quite general and lacked the detailed strategies I was seeking. In essence, if you already have a good grasp of the title's concept, you can save both your money and the time you'd spend listening to it.
