I absolutely adored this book and I'll most likely give it another go every now and again! If you're a fan of Willam, then you'll definitely be a fan of this book.
I'm a huge fan, always have been. However, I was a bit disappointed with this audiobook. I come from a theater background, so I already know a lot about applying makeup and I've even been acquainted with several Drag Queens. Even without my prior knowledge, by the time I reached chapter 3 where they start discussing covering cold sores in detail, I lost interest. It just didn't captivate me. I ended up clicking off and moving on to the next audiobook. Don't get me wrong, I still love Willam, but this audiobook wasn't up to par. I could give it my own "Beat Down"!
Willam Belli, the phenomenal performer, brings his incredible talent to the narration of this book, making it an absolute gem for drag enthusiasts and fans alike. It's truly the ultimate gift from Willam to the world of drag, and I can't stress enough how much I love it! I actually have both the audiobook and a hardcopy because it's so engaging and interactive. Listening to it feels like being right there beside Willam, listening to her captivating stories and getting insider tips.

I absolutely loved this book! It had me laughing out loud, and I really appreciated how it blended humor, knowledge, sarcasm, and a touch of crudeness, just like the incredible Willam. It left me wanting more, and I really hope we get to enjoy more books from him in the future.
Willam is totally unfiltered and keeps it real, never ever being dull. I actually received some solid advice on relationships, hooking up, breaking up, and losing weight quickly. By the way, Willam was a bit tipsy throughout, which only made it more entertaining.
