  • I absolutely adored it. The initial couple of chapters are jam-packed with self-help content. The author does an exceptional job of reiterating the most crucial principles and seamlessly incorporating them throughout the rest of the book. It offers a solid blueprint for achieving sales success. Talk about being in the top 10%!
  • I was eagerly anticipating listening to this book because I was really interested in understanding the thought process of buyers. I wanted to enhance my sales in website design and provide my clients with the best experience possible. Ultimately, my goal was to understand their needs and surpass their expectations. This audiobook had valuable insights to offer. As someone who sells B2B, I never considered that individuals in different roles within a business have varying desires when it comes to their purchases. For instance, a business owner's expectations for a purchase differ from those of the head of marketing within the same company. I gained a new perspective from the book. However, I found the section on psychology to be unhelpful. The repetitive "I like myself" exercise didn't resonate with me. Unfortunately, a significant portion of the psychological aspect of the book focused on this approach. If the first half of the book had been condensed, I would have been satisfied. Overall, I didn't finish the book feeling enthusiastic, and I wouldn't enthusiastically recommend it to my friends.
