I absolutely adored the narrator! They did such an amazing job. I would listen to the audiobook while tending to my orchids, and let me tell you, it was the perfect combination!
I'm really digging this version of The Wind in the Willows because back when I was a kiddo in elementary school, those old-fashioned male characters like Mr. Toad, Mr. Badger, and Mr. Mole just didn't do it for me. But man, oh man, when they got spun into a female perspective, they truly came alive and I was fully invested in the whole shebang! The cast totally knocked it out of the park with their stellar performance. This one's a winner for the ladies!
Can we just stop messing with classic literature, please? This nonsense, along with the Peter Rabbit movie, is really ruining the classics for our generation!
