  • This audiobook production is hands down the best I've come across, especially for a timeless classic like Battlefield Earth. I first read this gem back in 1987 and found it to be an absolute blast. When I revisited it in 2010, I realized it was truly the epitome of epic sci-fi novels, spanning multiple captivating universes. Let me tell you, the way teleportation is depicted in this story is unmatched in its scientific approach. It's the bee's knees! And let's not forget about the aliens, they are seriously impressive! They bring a whole new level of awesomeness to the table. Now, let's talk about the production quality. It is absolutely mind-blowing! I've listened to nearly 300 audiobooks, and this one takes the cake. It's a total game changer. The talented actors, flawless sound effects – everything about it is top-notch. And Terl? Oh boy, he's beyond amazing! When you combine all these elements, it's like experiencing a hurricane on steroids. It's an absolute thrill ride that you don't want to miss out on.
  • Really great book but it had so many plot holes due to the fact that this is an abridged version. Compared to the complete novel this version pales in comparison, on it's own however it is one one heck of a ride! The narrator did a bang up job of reading. I felt his voice was a little soft for my taste but the overall job he did of bringing this whole book to life with it's events and characters was outstanding!
