  • I can't believe this book is from Nora Roberts; it's so dull, idiotic, and nonsensical. Honestly, don't bother getting it, even if it's free. I deleted it after a couple of chapters and just skimmed through a few more, and it's still the dumbest book I can imagine.
  • When I listened to "Key of Light" by Mallory, it totally changed my perspective. Initially, I thought the character of Snotty was off-putting, but Flynn turned out to be an absolute sweetheart. Moreover, one thing that truly caught my attention was the distinct portrayal of each character by the narrator. That's exactly what I seek in an audiobook.
  • This audiobook is absolutely captivating, filled with romance, enchantment, and an air of intrigue. The narrator truly animated the words, allowing the listener to almost experience the storms, tears, and moments of pure joy within the story.
  • I absolutely adored the unexpected surprises and ups and downs that the characters encountered as their relationships deepened while on the quest for the key. Can't wait to dive into the rest of this series!
  • I can't figure out how Nora Roberts manages to hook me every time, but this is my fourth trilogy of hers that I've listened to, and I just can't get enough! Avoiding spoilers, I must say that the male characters in her stories are incredibly stoic and impressive. I'm absolutely smitten with them!
  • I usually devour books very quickly, so I've been hesitant to try audiobooks for most of my life. The main reason being that I enjoy creating my own voices in my head as I read. However, Susan Ericksen is an incredible narrator who effortlessly transitions between different voices and accents. Even her portrayal of male voices was impressive, which is often a common issue in many audio book reviews. While the story itself may be somewhat predictable at times, it still maintains a good pace and kept me entertained enough to the point where I ended up buying the other two books in the trilogy halfway through. I've read numerous books by Nora Roberts over the years, but it had been quite a while since I last read one of her books as I was starting to grow tired of her style. But even with the presence of magic in this book, there are relatable characters and interactions that kept me engaged. Additionally, there are some profound nuggets of truth that really resonated with my own life. I'm eagerly looking forward to diving into the next installment.
  • I absolutely adored the thrilling journey and emotional connection in 'Key of Light'. I can't recommend it enough! Can't wait for the next installment! Nora did an amazing job, kudos to her 💚
  • This book is absolutely fantastic. The entire trilogy is absolutely amazing. It's definitely one of my favorites written by Nora Roberts. The narration by Susan Eriksen was stunning, she did an incredible job bringing the story to life!
  • Okay book. Not very focused on the mystery surronding the keys, more of a love story. Read by the same women who reads the J.D. Robb series, hard not to keep thinking of Dallas and Rourk.
  • Very good book and well read. Can't wait to start the second. A friend gave me the Key of Knowledge for Christmas not know it was in a series. I listened to it anyway. Then ordered Key of light. Both are very good and can stand alone if need be.
