I enjoyed reading 'Man on the Run', although I was left wondering about the whereabouts of Allen's child whom he chose to raise. Even though he wasn't the biological father of Rose's son, he still decided to keep him. I was also curious about what happened to Cinnamon, who seemed to be a ray of hope for Allen. It seems like Allen made questionable choices when it came to women, as he ended up with someone even worse than Rose. Perhaps I missed a book that explains it all. Despite these unanswered questions, I still found 'Man on the Run' to be an enjoyable read overall.
I was a bit let down by "Man on the Run" as it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Personally, I believe there was room for improvement and it had the potential to be even better.
