  • I picked up a ton of useful knowledge from the initial portion of the book, but I found myself feeling quite annoyed when the author began discussing "MOM BRAIN." It's clear that as a single man with only a dog, he has no real understanding of the challenges faced by parents raising children in today's world. Personally, as a mother of four, I have encountered numerous mental health struggles and dealt with the phenomenon of "MOM BRAIN" over the past 16 years. However, apart from recommending a healthier diet and increased physical activity, the book offered few tangible solutions that I could apply to my everyday life.
  • This audiobook is packed with really useful and effective little actions and activities that you can effortlessly include in your routine, either at your own speed or by following the complete 3-week plan provided (which is clearly explained towards the end of the book). It's a fantastic choice for individuals who are new to their wellness journey, and what stands out is the holistic approach it takes, covering aspects like diet, mindset, lifestyle, and spirituality (not necessarily tied to religion). I definitely recommend it!
  • I'm actually quite surprised by the negative feedback!! This book was a pleasant surprise, not exactly what I was expecting. It delves into the topic of what is good for us versus what is not, and provides valuable insights on how to make positive changes in our daily lives to improve our health and get rid of brain fog. What fascinated me the most was the detailed information about dementia, our eating habits, and how they directly impact our brain. It was eye-opening to realize how much our brain is affected by things like sugar consumption. I already knew that limiting sugar intake is important for overall health, weight management, and preventing diabetes, but I never fully grasped how detrimental it can be to the brain....... The author goes into great detail about the habits we can modify to optimize our brain health. I believe it's definitely worth giving this audiobook a listen, even though most of us may be resistant to making substantial changes. The evidence presented in the book speaks for itself! As for the narrator, I found them to be satisfactory (I always speed up my audiobooks).
